Day 1 

Arrival and transfer to the hotel. 

Day 2 - Istanbul

Panoramic visit and transfer to the Taksim neighborhood

09:00 hrs.- In the morning at nine in the morning we begin a panoramic visit of this impressive “bridge” city between Europe and Asia, both geographically and humanly. On our tour we will enter the Suleyman the Magnificent Mosque (the largest in Istanbul), we will see the walls, the Golden Horn, the fishermen's quarter and we will admire the exterior of Hagia Sophia. Free afternoon. We are in a city built over two continents.

7:30 p.m.- At the end of the afternoon we will provide a transfer to the Taksim neighborhood, the most commercial area and with the most local life in the city. Time to dine in one of its many restaurants, take the old tram that crosses the area or go to the nearby Galata Tower. Return to the hotel around 10 pm.

Day 3 -  Istanbul - Ankara

Visit to Topkapi Palace, boat on the Bosphorus.

07.30 hrs- After breakfast, we will include the entrance and visit to the Topkapi Palace, which was the administrative center of the Ottoman Empire with its magnificent patios and pavilions.

After that, we will take a boat trip on the Bosphorusabout two hours long. We will do it in a private boat for Europamundo travelers. The Bosphorus is a strait that connects the Black Sea with the Sea of ​​Marmara, separating Istanbul into two parts: the European and the Asian. We will enjoy watching the animation of the strait with all its boats, we will pass under the two bridges that connect Europe and Asia and we will admire the palaces of the sultans, the typical wooden houses, the Ottoman villas.

We will disembark in the Asian part and we will have time to walk through the Uskudar neighborhood, with its great mosques, where Yemi Valide stands out, the maiden's tower and its quiet streets. Time for lunch.

15.00 hrs- Istanbul Departure. From the Uskudar neighborhood, in the Asian part, we continue our route towards the Anatolian peninsula.

21.00 hrs- Ankara - Arrival, dinner included and accommodation.

Day 4 -  Ankara - Hacibektas - Cappadocia

Lunar landscapes next to the salt lake.

Visit the sanctuary of Hacibecktas, an exciting pilgrimage site rarely visited by tourists. Please wear appropriate clothing and be respectful during the visit.

08:00 hrs- After breakfast we include a visit to Ankara, the cosmopolitan capital of Turkey, with more than 5 million inhabitants and a lot of cultural life with its performing arts center, which houses the State Ballet and Opera, the Presidential Symphony Orchestra and many national theater companies We will visit the impressive Ataturk Mausoleum , the powerful castle of Ankara,whose first construction was 8 centuries before Christ. We also include the entrance to the Museum of Anatolian Civilizations that allows us to understand the different cultures that left their mark on Turkey. At the end of the morning, we will stop at a large commercial mall so that in its food court you can choose the type of food that you like the most.

13.30 hrs.- Ankara, departure-. We continue our route by bus. Arid regions in the interior of Türkiye lead us to Cappadocia. We travel past the Salt Lake, stopping to photograph the lake.

17.30 hrs- Hacibecktas, arrival at this complex, one of the most important religious tourism centers in Turkey where the mausoleum of Haci Becktas rests, a Sufi mystic from Anatolia from the 13th century who puts the person at the center of his philosophy. The rituals and symbols of Bektashism are reflected in the shrine architecture and interior design.

18.30 hrs- Hacibecktas, departure.

19.30 hrs- Nevsherir/ Avanos- arrival, dinner and accommodation.

Day 5 -  Cappadocia

Landscapes of spectacular shapes; picturesque towns.

Note: We recommend comfortable shoes for the visits of the day. Sometimes the order of the visits can be modified by the guide to try to know the different points at times of less influx.

At dawn you can optionally take a balloon ride over the Cappadocia region. - A magnificent experience that takes place at the time of dawn

09.30 hrs.- Avanos / Nevherir–departure-. We went out to the next GOREME VALLEY . We include the entranceto get to know the fantastic open-air museum that houses more than 30 churches carved into the rocks, some with frescoes of great beauty. After that we visit UCHISAR – Walk through this town of Cappadocia; You will be able to see its 60-meter rock full of houses in excavated caves. We continue to KAIMACLI . You will get to know this impressive underground city of Cappadocia. In its tunnels and catacombs they could house thirty thousand people. Time for lunch.

In the afternoon we will go to PASABAG,Known as "the valley of the fairies", we will walk through this spectacular natural area. We will also visit a traditional jewelry making workshop with typical stones from the Cappadocia region, Onyx and Turquoise, and we will see some examples of those used by the sultans during the Ottoman Empire.

Around 6:00 p.m., return to the hotel, you can enjoy the pool (summer months) or walk through the pleasant and commercial town of Avanos/Nevsherir. Dinner included.

Day 6 - Cappadocia - Ilhara - Konya

We continue with attractive landscapes of Cappadocia. Arid and flat areas later.

Note: Today you still need to provide comfortable shoes, we continue to know Cappadocia. We visited in Konya "holy" places for the Dervish sect; wear appropriate clothing.

07.30 hrs.- Nevsehir –departure-. Through small roads we enter areas not so crowded by tourism.

09.45 hrs.- Ihlara Ravine –Arrival-. With the coolness of the river waters we see the churches carved into the rock of the ravine.

11.45 hrs.- Ihlara ravine –departure-.

13.00 hrs.- Sultanhan-Arrival-. Here one of the most beautiful Karavanserail is preserved, a magnificent building that reminds us of the great camel caravans that in the past marked out these lands. Time to meet him and have lunch.

14.45 hrs.- Sultanhan –departure-. Lands of great herds and arid plains.

16.15 hrs.- Konya –Arrival-. We will visit the Mevlana Mausoleum in the center of Konya , a holy place for the Dervishes, a Muslim sect famous for its "trance" dances. Entrance included to the enclosure. After that we suggest a walk through its lively bazaar. Dinner and accommodation.

In the evening we suggest you attend the dancing show of the whirling dervishes at the cultural center.

Day  7 - Konya - Egridir - Pamukkale

Varied: mountain areas; lakes; the fantastic “cotton mountain” at the end of the day.

Notes: We also recommend wearing shoes that are easy to remove and carry when walking in Pamukkale... and if you wish, bring your swimsuit in this place!

08:00 a.m. - Konya –exit-. We continue our journey through the interior of Türkiye.

11:15 a.m. -Egridir. beautiful town next to a large inland lake with the same name with its walls, its mosques where we can walk and have lunch.

1:30 p.m. - Egridir –exit-.

4:15 p.m. - Pamukkale –Arrival-. Entrance included. ANDn the “cotton mountain” our bus will leave you at the top of the mountain so that you can –after admiring the remains from Roman times- walk down between the hot springs and the “bathtubs”. The colors with the sunset are fantastic. Our bus will pick you up in the lower area. Finally, you will have some time at the hotel during which you can enjoy its thermal pools. Dinner included.

Day  8 - Pamukkale - Ephesus - Kusadasi

8:30 a.m. - Pamukkale –departure-.

11:30 a.m. - Ephesus –Arrival-. We are in this fantastic complex of Roman ruins; 2,000 years ago the city had a quarter of a million inhabitants. We will include the visit with our guide to the house of the Virgin Mary, the Basilica of Saint John and the impressive ruins of Ephesus ( tickets included ). Free time for lunch.

16.00 hrs.- Ephesus- Departure. We traveled towards the Aegean coast.

16.30 hrs.- Kusadasi – Arrival-. We are in a popular seaside resort town, shopping and nightlife. We will visit a leather goods gallery where we will learn about the famous production of lambskin garments in this region. Time in the center to enjoy its bazaars and see its small castle. Transfer to the hotel. Dinner and accommodation.

Note: in high season, from June to September (both included), the accommodation will be given in a town close to Kusadasi.

Day  9 - Kusadasi - Bodrum - Marmaris

08.30 hrs.- Kusadasi. Exit. 10.00 hrs- Lake Bafa. Stop to get to know this lake with its magnificent nature, history, mystical beauty and serenity. This place is undoubtedly one of the natural wonders that can be seen in Turkey.

10.30 hrs- Lake Bafa, departure.

12.00 hrs.- Bodrum , Free time in this beautiful fortified city of Greek origin. You can visit its castle, stroll through its streets full of life and tourism or its marina. Time for lunch.

15.00 hrs.- Bodrum.- Departure.

17.30 hrs- Marmaris,arrival at this other beautiful coastal tourist enclave, with its castle, its marina and its fountains. Dinner and accommodation.

Note: On some dates, especially in summer, due to high hotel occupancy, our hotel will be located in Mugla or a town near Marmaris.

Day  10 - Marmaris - Rhodes

07.30 hrs.- We will leave the hotel towards the port. Border procedures. We take fast ferry with scheduled departure (possible changes according to note) at 09.15 hrs.-One hour crossing. -

10.15 hrs- RHODES –Arrival-. Border entry procedures in Greece. As soon as we arrive we will begin the visit of the city, with its impressive walled citadel, its old town that shows us the traces of the different cultures (Greeks, Romans, Byzantines, Knights of Saint John, Ottomans, Italians...) that inhabited it. The visit lasts about two hours and is carried out with a local guide. After that transfer to the hotel.

Free afternoon. - You can enjoy its beaches or walk on your own in this beautiful city.

Day  11 - Rhodes - Heraklion

09.00 hrs.- Rhodes –departure-. We include an excursion to see the island of Rhodes.

09.30 hrs.- FILERIMOS, at the top of the hill, among magnificent landscapes, you will be able to see its small monastery.

10.15 hrs.- Filerimos –departure-.

11.30 hrs.- CUTE,its medieval fortress and Greek Acropolis dominate the sea. With the coach we will take you to the bay of San Pablo, it is said that the apostle arrived here by sea in the year 51 ad to preach Christianity, the movie "the guns of Navarone" was filmed here, later you will have free time, you can walk through the white and commercial streets of the center, rest on its beaches or go up (by donkey if you wish) to the Acropolis.

15.00 hrs.- Lindos –departure-. We return to Rhodes. Transfer to the airport (according to flight schedule) and direct flight or with a stopover in Athens to the island of Crete.

HERACLION- Arrival and transfer to the hotel.

Day  12 - Heraklion - Rethymno - Chania - Heraklion

09.30 hrs.- Heraklion –departure-. Our road follows the coast, beautiful views over the sea.

11.00 hrs.- Retimno –arrival-. Pretty coastal city of Venetian origin dominated by its medieval castle. Time to walk through its historic center and have lunch.

2:30 p.m.- Retimno –departure-.

15.30 hrs- Chania –arrival-. Captivating city with an impressive fortress and stately mansions; disputed by Romans, Byzantines, Venetians, Genoese, Turks, Egyptians and Greeks throughout its history. Our guide will inform us of the most beautiful points to visit and we will have free time to get to know the city.

7:00 p.m.- Chania. Departure and return to Heraklion.

Day  13 - Heraklion - Knossos - Agia Galini- Heraklion

09.00 hrs.- Heraklion- Departure

09.30 hrs.- Knossos- . Arrival-. We include (admission and guided tour) the PALACE OF CNOSSOS, which allows us to discover the Minoan culture that gave rise to the Greek culture four thousand years ago.

11.45 hrs.- Knossos – departure. We cross the high mountains of the center of the island traveling south towards the Libyan Sea.

1:30 p.m.- Agia Galini, arrival in this picturesque town with labyrinthine alleyways, a fishing port and popular taverns. Free time to walk, have lunch and if you wish, bathe in the sea.

18.30 hrs.- Agia Galini departure. Return to the capital of Crete.

20.00 hrs.- Heraklion-Arrival-. We recommend strolling through its historic center full of life, activity and small restaurants.

Day  14 - Heraklion- Panagia Kera- Agios Nikolaos- Elounda- Spinalunga- Heraklion

09.30 hrs.- Heraklion –departure-. We travel to the east of the island, pleasant coastal and mountainous landscapes at times.

11.00 hrs.- PANAGIA KERA –arrival-. In a small village on rich agricultural plain we visit the 13th century church with some of the best frescoes in Crete, entrance fee included.

12.00 hrs.- Panagia Kera –departure-.

12.15 hrs.- AGIOS NIKOLAOS –arrival- to this picturesque town with its natural port. Time to walk and have lunch.

14.30 hrs.- Agios Nikolaos –departure-.

15.00 hrs.- ELOUNDA, a place that was a city-state and today a beautiful tourist enclave. Time for a walk. We include from here (or from the nearby port of Plaka) a boat trip and entrance to the island-citadel of SPINALUNGA, an old Venetian fortress that was later a leper colony for a long time. Boat trip of about 15 minutes, time in the fortress and return by boat. We return to the picturesque coastal town of PLAKA, time for a coffee and a walk.

Day  15 - Heraklion - Santorini - Athens

Early transfer to the port. Normally our ferry will leave at 8:40 a.m. (or at 7:30 a.m. if we leave Santorini for Athens at 3:30 p.m.). We sailed in very fast modern ferries, in less than two hours we reached the island of Santorini.-

SANTORINI –Arrival- (expected 09.20 if your ferry left at 07.30 / 10.25 if it left at 8.40). By bus, among beautiful landscapes we go to OIA,without a doubt the most spectacular town on the island, white streets full of life, immense views over cliffs, castle remains and windmills. Time to walk and have lunch.

After that we know THIRA, the capital of the island; Those who wish can go down by cable car or donkey to the port where the cruise ships arrive.

Continuation later to the ferry port to board a fast ferry , leaving at 3:30 p.m. Arrival in Athens a little before midnight.

Very important note: From November to mid-April WE WILL NOT VISIT THE ISLAND OF SANTORINI because the fast ferry from Heraklion to Santorini does not operate. During this period we will travel by plane from Heraklion to Athens.

Day  16 - Athens

in the morning, panoramic visit of ATHENS ; We will know the modern city, the Panathinaikos stadium, the Royal Palace. Leisure.
